Patrick Lewis Thurman

 Patrick Lewis Thurman was born in Thomasville, GA on July 12, 1957 to the late Christine Graham and Stafford Thurman, Jr. He was raised by both of his grandparents, Claudie Mae Brown Graham and Edward Mac Graham. He had the opportunity to live a fulfilled childhood to an adult, he was the fourth eldest of nine children. His siblings: Shirley Thurman of Thomasville, GA, Samuel Thurman, whom proceeds him in death, Marcile (Levy) Robinson, Spring Lake, NC, Dorothy (Milton) Lee, Thomasville, GA, Anthony (Wycenda) Thurman, Thomasville, GA, Stephanie (Morris) Patterson, Thomasville, GA, Shelia Thurman, Fayetteville, NC, and Carl Thurman, Thomasville, GA.  

Patrick joined St George Chapel CME Church at an early age. He was a graduate of Thomasville High School in 1975 of Thomasville, GA. He enlisted in the US Army 1978. After serving in the US Army, he pursued a career as an auto paint technician at Green’s Body Shop and Thomas Body Shop in Thomasville, GA.

He leaves to leaves cherish his memories, his five children, Melodie (Hiyatah) Cochran, April Banks, Tiffany (Jose)Parra, Stephany Thurman, and Aaron (Dominique) Thurman. He also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends, whom loved him dearly.

Patrick “Paylow”  Thurman will be extremely missed...
