Johnny Legrand Davis “Detro” was born June 11, 1978, in Thomasville, Ga to the late Johnny L. Davis Sr. & Martha L. Ivey.
He entered eternal rest on Friday May 26, 2023, in Thomasville, Ga.
Detro accepted Christ and became a faithful member of Five-Fold Ministries in Thomasville, GA under the leadership of Bishop Wardell Ross. Johnny attended Thomasville City Schools and was a 1996 graduate of Thomasville High School. He was a well-respected and outstanding member of the T.H.S. Bulldogs football team and held the position of Linebacker.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Martha L. Ivey; Son: Johnny “Bloochie” Davis; Daughter: Raegan Davis; Sisters: Lawanda Gail Davis Smith & Jaana L. Davis; Special Best friend: J.T Ragney & the staff at FedEx, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives & friends.
He was proceeded in death by his father Johnny L. Davis, brother Trey Baker, sister (Deceased at birth), Fraternal grandparents Roosevelt & Mary Davis, & Maternal grandparents Felton & Martha Ivey.
