We bid farewell to Ulysses Hatch, Jr. true uncle, friend and beacon of light, who departed from this world on July 29,2024 at Archbold Memorial Hospital leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.
Ulysses walked through life with a gentle strength, touching the lives of everyone he encountered with an unforgettable grace.
Ulysses Hatch, age 71, was born on April 17, 1953, to the late Mr. Ulysses Hatch, Sr. And Mrs. Maude Francis McCrae. He graduated the first class of "71" from Central High School. At an early age, he joined the St. James A.M.E. Boston, Georgia. He was employed by CSX railroad for over 20 years and he also was employed by Ira Walden, Sr. Until his health started to decline.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted nephews, who he raised as his own, Andre Hatch of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Landal Hatch(Lorraine Hardy) of Thomasville, GA; caring aunt, Juanita Eason of Brunswick, GA; special friend, Robert Lee Smith, Giovanni Anderson, Ira Walden, Gilbert Johnson, Ronnie Williams, Pansey Williams and Joann Johnson. He also leaves a host of family and friends that will miss his presence dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving sisters, Evone Brenda Hatch and Sandra Tehare.
