Trenia "Pinky" Reese-Robinson, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away October 21, 2025 at the age of 47. She spent the last several years working at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital as a Health Information Management Specialist, a role she was very proud of. Trenia understood the importance of her work and the impact it had on people's lives, and she carried out her duties with that in mind.
Outside of the hospital, Trenia enjoyed being behind the wheel as a driver for Uber and Lyft. She loved meeting new people and listening to the stories they shared — every ride was a chance to connect, laugh at and with her passengers as well as learn more about people.
But above all, Trenia's greatest pride was being a mother. Her son Dallas was her world, and she never missed a moment to cheer him on, especially courtside, where she was his loudest and most loyal supporter.
Known affectionately as "Pinky," she had a flair for the finer things. Her signature look included a beautiful handbag, flawless hair and makeup, the best lashes, and a touch of sparkle from her favorite jewelry. As the baby sister, she embraced her role with joy — spoiled especially by her brothers and always ready to drop everything for family and friends.
A trip to Polk County wasn't complete without a stop at Fred's for a good meal and a cake from her brother. She especially loved gathering with loved ones to cheer on the Miami Hurricanes, her voice ringing loud and proud — especially in Tallahassee.
Pinky leaves behind a legacy of laughter, honesty, and unforgettable one-liners. You could always count on her to tell you the truth, whether you liked it or not. She'd remind you that "You do too much," begin serious conversations with "One thing about it and two things for sure," and never hesitate to use the "BLOCK" feature on her phone — with full authority.
Her spirit, sass, and love will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
