Tamika L. Duncan was born on December 21, 1975 to Harriet Mitchell and the late Rowland A. Thomasville, GA. She became a member of Aucilla Missionary Baptist Church at a young age. Mrs. Duncan attended Thomasville High School and was a graduate of class of 1994. She went on to further her education in Healthcare amongst many other degrees. Mrs. Duncan worked for Dr. Crenshaw for many years and was employed at Vashti in the Admissions Department until her departure.

Mrs. Duncan married Carlos Duncan on September 20, 2019.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, Carlos Duncan of Thomasville, GA; four sons, Ky'Detrius Thomas, Kwantreus Duncan, Carlos Duncan, Jr., and Jordan Barber all of Thomasville, GA, five daughters, Ki'Nyrah Barber, Ka'mauni Barber, Kalysee Barber all of Thomasville, GA, Malaysia Duncan and Sykeriah Duncan of Cairo, GA; three grandsons, Kwantreus Duncan, Jr., Kahzi Duncan of Thomasville, GA, and Kash Lloyd of Atlanta, GA; two granddaughters, Gi'anni Duncan of Thomasville, GA. and Londyn Duncan of Cairo, GA; mother, Harriet Mitchell of  Thomasville, GA, father-in-law, Charles Duncan, Sr. of Cairo, GA; four sisters, Toya Jones of  Thomasville, GA, Janae Demps and Fredericka (Jerry) Bodiford of Cairo, GA, and Shavoka (Brian) Dennis of Atlanta, GA; brother, Charles (Georgia) Duncan, Jr. of  Albany, GA, five aunts, Diangela (George) Taylor of Atlanta, GA, Sarah (Freddie) Larry, Cynthia Mitchell, Tasha Mitchell all of Thomasville, GA, and Sandra Mitchell of Cairo, GA; six nieces, Ro'Deja and Ro'Shanti Andrews of Thomasville, GA, Maydison Demps of Cairo, GA, and Jessica and Samantha Duncan of Albany, GA; five nephews, Ro'Marion Andrews and Eric Jones, Jr. of  Thomasville, GA, Vinquarius Hubbard and Davian Duncan of Atlanta, GA, Jarvis Duncan of Cairo, GA and Charles Duncan, III of Albany, GA; one great niece, Kaiori Andrews; special cousin, Shedderick Cromartie; special friends, Andrewnetta McNeil and Fentress Willis, along with a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rowland Thomas, mother-in-law, Nancy Duncan, grandmother, Gertrude Thomas and Louis Thomas, uncles, Henry Mitchell, Harry Mitchell, Jerome Armster, and Joseph Thomas and aunt, Pearlie Armster.
