Ms. Shakena "Doobie" Johnson was born in Thomasville, GA on November 7, 1987 to Mrs. Zena Lurry Johnson and Mr. Johnny Johnson.

Shakena attended Thomasville High School.

Doobie, as everyone called her, was a wonderful person with the personality to match. She will be missed and we will always cherish the times she spent with us all.

In the wee hours of the morning on June 18, 2021, God came down from Heaven and picked another beautiful rose from his earthly garden.

Shakena leaves to cherish her loving memories, four daughters, A'Miracle Johnson, R'Reyona Willis, Sanaa Johnson and Zalirya Johnson; her parents, Zena Lurry Johnson and Johnny Johnson; four sisters, Latoya Lurry, Audrea Owotogbe, Kia Johnson and Zandra Johnson; two brothers, Nicarius Johnson and Nikita "Keem" Johnson; grandfather, Robert Lurry and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; a special friend, Tramane Fields; devoted aunt, Cynthia Fisher; five extended sisters, Karin "Tasha" Glaze, Ciera McCloud, Zeporia Shealy, Denise Vall and Sykeria Jones; five devoted friends, Carolyn Neville, Walter "Boo" Hill, Aslyn Johnson, Nikki Miller and JaQuita Davis.

Shakena is preceded in death by her grandfather, Mr. Herbert Johnson, Sr., and grandmothers, Mrs. Catherine Johnson and Mrs. Bettie Lurry.
