Natlean Trice was born on November 3, 1934 in Thomas County to the late Eddie Monroe and Willie Mae Monroe.
She departed this earth and went to her Heavenly resting place on November 19, 2021.
Natlean was married to the late Homer Trice. She worked at Camelia Garden Nursing Home for 27 years before retiring. She was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church for 69 years, where she served on the Usher Board and was one of the oldest mothers. She also attended Willow Head Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the City-wide Fellowship program, Lady E. Stokes 99 International Mason in Thomasville, GA.
Mama Trice as known by many, leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Eddie Mae Head (John), Hager Walker of Thomasville, GA, Bettye James of Ocala, FL; grandsons, Anthony Walker (Maria), Shedrick Walker (Janice), Cody Monroe, Samuel Williams (Carolyn); granddaughters, Beneatha Powell (Edward), Natalie Sneed, Mildred Butler (Thomas) and a host of great grandchildren, great – great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She also leaves a "thought of as a son", James Banks, "thought of as daughters", Maggie Wilson, Francis Blye, Linda Miller, Dorothy Clark, Cornelia Tucker, Shirley Ann More and Emma Davis; her Mt. Pilgrim Church Family, Willow Head Church Family and Camelia Gardens' Co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Monroe, sisters, Willie Mae Hollis, Beulah Morrow and Josephine Valaquez, nephew, Eugene Morrow, grandson, Charles Sneed and niece, Willie Mae Wade.
