Morris Ponder

Morris Ponder passed away on August 26, 2024. He was born October 19, 1966. Morris was the son of Ella Mae Manning and John Jackson Jr. He grew up in the Thomasville community . He attended Thomasville High School. Morris was known for his outgoing personality. Things people didn't know about him he could sing, dance and draw. He was the life of the party. He should be remembered for who he was not how he lived. He was more than just a man. He was a son, a brother, and an uncle. May his soul rest in peace and be relieved of the troubles of the world.

Morris was the husband of Vera Ann Robertson, which proceeded her in death in 2015.

Morris leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters, Doris Chester, Versie Manning, Kathy (James) Chatmon, Gwendolyn Bryant,  Joni (Phillip) Chastain; brother, William Darryl Bryant; special aunt, Tina Anderson; special nephew, Tray Manning and all his living nieces and nephews.
