Ms. Mary J. Williams was born July 26, 1952, in Pavo, GA to Mr. Jeff and Willie Mae Williams. She is the maternal granddaughter of Mr. Ed Bell (deceased) and Ms. Louvenia Spencer Bell (deceased) and the paternal granddaughter of Mr. Jeff Williams, Sr. and Mamie Williams (deceased). She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Cornelius J. Williams and brother Freddie L. Williams.
Ms. Williams graduated from Magnolia High School in Thomasville, GA, and retired from Warners Manufacturing, where she spent many loyal years.
Mary Joyce Williams affectionately known as Mae Mae to family and friends was a social butterfly and was loved by many. She never met a stranger. Mae Mae will be missed the most for her matriarchal position in the family. She was the backbone of the family caring for her younger siblings and also raising not only her children but her nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
