Louise Alexander Hollis

Mrs. Hollis passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023 at her residence.

Louise Alexander Hollis was born on May 10, 1942 in Boston, GA. She was the daughter of the late Vander Alexander and Alma Lee Brooks.

Louise attended North Boston School. She enjoyed fishing, cooking and spending time with all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she adored. She was a member of Richland Missionary Baptist Church of Boston, GA. Louise retired after 40 plus years of working for the Richardson Family of Boston, GA.

Louise was married to the late Mr. Freddie Hollis, Jr. and to this union one daughter was born on June 2, 1956, the late Rosetta Hollis Miller.

She is survived by five caring grandchildren, Carledia Miller of Boston, GA, Fred Miller, Jr. of Quitman, GA, Brandon (Erica) Miller of Tifton, GA, Franchesca (Jasmine) Miller of Charlotte, NC and Freddia Miller of Tifton, GA. She also leaves nine loving great grandchildren to cherish her memories, Damion, Shakeem, Diamond, Dahjanek, Brian, Angel, Ta'shyraie, A'vaa, Euro and one brother-in-law, William Truman Hollis (Jeanette) of Boston, GA and two dedicated nieces, Tokeka Alexander of Warner Robins, GA and Pat Laverne Thomas of Thomasville, GA And a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded her in death one loving dedicated daughter, Rosetta Hollis Miller, Brian Miller, great granddaughter Cherish Miller, one sister, Betty Jean Alexander and one brother, Jimmy Alexander.
