Lewis Benjamin Brown, Jr.

It is with great sadness on January 29, 2025, the Lord called Lewis Benjamin Brown, Jr. home. Lewis Brown was born on September 12, 1950. He was 74 years old. He was born to the late Parestine Brown and Lewis Benjamin Brown, Sr. He was a member of Willow Head Missionary Baptist Church. He loved his family and grandchildren. He also served in the Marines for a period of time at Camp Le June, NC.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his one son, Lewis Brown, III of Thomasville, GA; one daughter, Tamara Alicia Brown of Thomasville, GA; grandchildren, Daytaveya Brown, Gregory Thomas, III, both of Thomasville, GA; stepchildren, Kren Cooper, Merica Cooper, Sheila Ivey of Gainesville, FL; grandson, Ashanta Brown of Thomasville, GA; special nephew and caregiver, Rev. Spencer Wilson and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Juanita Brown; his daughters, Gwendolyn Brown and Tamara Brown; his parents Parestine and Lewis Brown, Sr. and  his sister, Debra Brown.
