Bro as he was known by was born October 14, 1938 to the late Flint Dennis and Essie Mae Green Dennis.

He was married to the late Ora Lee Kerbo Dennis. One sister, Alberta Williams; three brothers, Eugene Dennis, James Dennis and Willie C. Dennis and grandparents, Mr. Charlie Green and Maggie Green preceded him in death.

At an early age, he joined Archerville Baptist Church, Moultrie, Georgia. He attended Colquitt County School System.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Edwin Dennis, Thomasville, GA; two daughters, Tracey (Marshall Morris) Bryant, Thomasville, GA and Edwina (James) Miles, Thomasville, GA; two sisters, Louvenia McBride, Moultrie, GA and Essie Jean Grier, Funston, GA; six grandchildren, Brianna Herring, Thomasville, GA, Montez Herring, Thomasville, GA, Sedarian Herring, Thomasville, GA, Khalil Herring, Thomasville, GA, Paige Perry, Cairo, GA and La'Terrica Perry, Cairo, GA; five great-grandchildren, Adrian Holmes, Reese Herring, Rayna Herring, McKensley Perry and Madyson Perry and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
