Mr. Leroy Markham Floyd, also known as “Frog,” was born on January 7, 1961, to the late William and Leona Floyd in Thomasville, GA.

He accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of Mt. Pilgram Missionary Baptist Church. He attended Thomasville City Schools. He was known as “Frog” to his friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory, four sisters, Mrs. Mary F. (Benjamin) Smallwood, Mrs. Glovanna F. Anderson, Miss Sheila Thomas, and Mrs. Nancy (Orthedo) Morgan; one brother, Mr. Larry D. Floyd and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
