Leatha Boone

Ms. Leatha Boone was born on May 1st, 1950 to the late Willis Boone and Alice Lewis Boone in Ochlocknee, Ga. Although she relocated to Tampa, Florida at an early age, there was no place like home. She loved to visit her family and go fishing (one of her favorite hobbies). While she resided in Tampa, Leatha worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Margie Boone Brown and Martha Sue Cole and her nieces, Denise Boone and Betty Cole.

With a meek and humble heart, Leatha took flight to join her heavenly father on September 26, 2021.

She leaves to cherish her memories; a loving nephew, Michael Boone (Tracey), Tampa, Florida, a loving niece, Leslie Boone (Trent), Atlanta, Georgia; Great Nieces, Latonya Hicks, Tampa, Fl, Alicia Boone-Perkins (Jahara), Thomasville, Ga, Toneisha Boone, Atlanta, Ga, Mikayla Boone,Tampa, Fl, Aniyah Davis, Thomasville, Ga, and Tylicia Moore, Thomasville, Ga; Great Nephews, Derrius Dawson, Thomasville, Ga and Michael Boone, Tampa, Fl; a special cousin, Earnest Roberts, a loving and devoted friend for many years, Tony Crawford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
