James Edwards Lee

James Edwards Lee was born November 10, 1968 to the late Sammie Lee and Lillie Mae Lee in Thomas County.

James, also known as Moose, was a very fun person to be around. He also enjoyed being around his family and friends. On June 2, 2024, the Lord decided to call James home to Glory.

James attended Thomasville City School. Later, he enrolled to Job Corps in Morganfield, Kentucky, where in received his GED in 1987. James worked at Clever Brooks for years. He also worked with Second Harvest until his health declined. James affectionately loved being around his family. Once his health began to decline, he resided with his brother Ray Lee. He departed this life surrounded with love by his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Lashondria Bolds and grandson, Brandon Bolds, whom he loved very dearly.

He also leaves his siblings, Carolyn Lee, Delores Robinson, Glenda Pettis, John (Sarah) Lee, Janice Lee, Katie Lee, Ray C. (Fabrian) Lee, Anthony (Pam) Lee,  Yvonne Lee, Kass Lee; special nephew, Fredrick Sampson; special friend, Natisha Cliett; nine nieces, eleven nephews and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

James was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Sammie Lee and Lillie Mae Lee; two brothers, Ray Price Lee and Sammie Lee, Jr.
