Harold Thomas Williams Jr.

Harold Thomas Williams Jr. was born on November 8, 1970, in Thomasville, Georgia, to Harold Thomas Williams Sr. and Mattie Christine Williams. He grew up alongside his siblings, Pamela and Sheryl, in a nurturing and loving environment. Harold attended Thomasville High School, where he excelled academically and graduated with the class of '89.

For over 14 years, Harold worked as an Oven Operator at Flowers Bakery, where he was recognized for his strong work ethic and dedication. He was a member of the Mason Lodge 71 and actively participated in his community. Additionally, he was a devoted member of White Spring Baptist Church in Cairo, Georgia.

In 2002, Harold married his true partner and love, Jackie Lurry. Together, they created a life filled with joy, adventure, and love. Harold's faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him through both successes and challenges.

Legacy and Remembrance

Harold's life was rich with love and laughter; he met no stranger. He was a devoted son, a caring brother, a loving dad, and a cherished husband. His infectious smile and sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, a close companion, as well as the dialysis team and the Elijah Hill Community.

Harold is survived by his wife, Jackie L. Williams; his siblings, Pamela A. Williams (Raymond O'Neal) of Thomasville, GA, and Sheryl W. Hunter (Willie) of Tallahassee, FL; eight children: Quinton Spivey (Octavia), Shara Williams, Jeremiah Williams, Artavias Wyche, Kendrick Wyche, Carrington Jackson, Jaketrius Lurry, and Tessiah Johnson-Williams; 3 nieces; Charmayne Everett, Nasya Sanford, Wilkeara Hunter; 1 nephew, Stanton Knight, Jr.; 15 grandchildren; six uncles; and four aunts. Although his time with us was brief, his memory will be cherished forever.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, two aunts, and one uncle.
