Mr Glenn Norris Stringer, also known as Fat and Mr G, was born on June 30, 1962 in Thomasville, GA to Mydria and Helen Stringer. He transitioned on May 29, 2026 in Thomasville, GA at his home.

At an early age he gave his life to Christ at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church where he would later become a Deacon serving on the Deacon board and later becoming a Minister.

He graduated Thomasville High School in 1980.

He was a former employee at Sunnyland, A supervisor at Georgia Pipe for a number of years, and Drove commercial trucks for Warner and Flowers Bakery.

Glenn was a Loving Father and Grandfather. He was very family oriented, a big Falcons fan, loved fishing, and drinking coffee.

Glenn was formerly married to Harriet Lynn Register for 20 years, where they had four sons together. Demetris Stringer, De’Angelo Stringer (Spouse: Takeysha Stringer), Dominique Stringer (Spouse: Shaulonda Stringer), Deion Stringer (Spouse: Shaneetra Stringer).

He was a loving grandfather to D’mya, Jayden, Ranijah, Aaliyah, Brylan, Deangelo Jr, and 1 expected from Deon and Shaneetra Stringer. He was the former brother to the late Fred Williams, Robert Stringer, Robert Williams, Alma Williams, Mydria Stringer Jr, Larry Stringer, Patricia Stringer Newsome.

He also had a host of nieces and nephews.
