Evelyn White

Mrs. Evelyn White was born on August 14, 1949 to the late Marcus Sadler and  Alma Loretha Washington Sadler in Thomasville, GA.

She was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. She was a choir member and served on the Usher Board.

She graduated from Magnolia High School in the Class of 1967. She graduated from Albany State University. She was a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. She was a business educator at Thomasville High School and Thomas Technical College until she retired.

She was joined in holy matrimony to Tyrone White on December 31, 1972. To this union, four children were born.

She departed this life on December 31, 2024.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Tyrone White; her children, Tyjuan White, Torri White, Jermaine White and Jarvis White; grandchildren, Jerrell White, Jerdasha White, Jacaria White, Sariyah White; sisters, Carrie Sadler, Lorene Robinson; brother, Frank Sadler; brother in laws, Timothy (Lou) White, Michael (Janett) Laing, Kenneth (Selena) Jenkins; sister in law, Josephine Hampton and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Reverend James Herbert, Sr., Willie B. Ellis, Ella Mae Ellis Mickens, Annie Bell Sadler Hopkins, Ruby Lee Sadler Walker, Isacc Sadler and Joe Lewis Sadler.
