Eunice Cochran was born December 07, 1950 in Camilla, Georgia. She was born to the late Eunice Cochran and Henry Clayton. She was the eighth child of fourteen children. She attended Douglas High School and graduated in 1970. She attended Massey Business College.
Eunice was known for her love for God and his people. She was committed to serving others. She has left a memorable impact on her family, friends and community. She worked over 30 years with Archbold Hospital from which she retired. Ms. Scott was a missionary for the Lord.
Ms. Scott was a devoted member of First Unity M.B. Church until her health decline. She served on the usher board, in the choir, hospitality team, Bible study teacher, housekeeping committee and as a cook.
Eunice Cochran was preceded in death of her parents and siblings, Willie Cochran, Moses Cochran, Roy Lee Cochran, Ulyssess Cochran, Eugene Clayton, Mildred Cochran-Carter and Jeannette Cochran.
She leaves to cherish her memories, three daughters, Shineka Scott, Torry Scott of Thomasville, and Dangela (Lee) Heath of Deltona; a devoted nephew, Hiyate Cochran, three grandchildren, Ja 'Leah Scott, Kirah Rollins, and Devin Herring; one great granddaughter, Nova Gould, siblings, Doris McClain, Shirley Ford, John Clayton (Monique), Hardy Clayton Sr. (Cheree), Preston Clayton Sr., Fredrick King, and sister-in-law, Mary Cochran, many cousins, nieces and nephews, neighbors and close friends.
