Elijah Ree Daniels, Jr.

Elijah Ree Daniels, Jr. was born on September 5, 1940, in Thomasville, Georgia, to the late Elijah Daniels Sr. and Josephine Daniels. He peacefully departed this life on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Archbold Medical Center.

Elijah was a proud 1959 graduate of Douglass High School. He continued his education at Tuskegee University before honorably serving his country in the United States Armed Forces.
Elijah was united in marriage to Pauline Daniels, and to this union one daughter was born, Adrienne Allen.

A devoted and hardworking man, Elijah built a lifelong career as a mechanic and was the proud owner of his own auto repair business, where he served his community with dedication and skill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elijah Ree Daniels Sr. and Josephine Daniels; his sisters, Pansy Sampson and Myrtle Thomas; and his brother, Joseph Daniels.

Elijah leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving daughter, Adrienne Allen (Clyde) of Thomasville, Georgia; two grandchildren, Clyde Allen Jr. and Alyssa Allen; one great-grandson, Jaire Aiden Smith; his brother, Robert Daniels (Diane) of New York; and two sisters, Linda Bridges (Herman) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Patricia Daniels of Thomasville, Georgia; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his kindness and strength.
