Edward "Jamal" Jackson was born on January 11th, 1987 to Elaine Jackson and the late Edward Jackson, in Thomasville, GA. He was proceeded in death by his grandmothers, Elouise Minto and Johnnie Ruth Jackson; grandfather, Charlie Jackson, Sr.; aunts, Curtistine Blenman, Sherice Minto and Dorothy "Dot" Jackson; uncles, Larry Jackson, Charlie Jackson, Jr. and James Jackson.
Jamal graduated from Thomas County Central High in Thomasville, GA, class of 2005. He received his Pharmacy Technician degree and was employed by CVS in Atlanta for a short-term before relocating back to his hometown of Boston. He was an active member of Richland Missionary Baptist Church, where he gave his life to Christ on January 6th, 2024 under the guidance of Reverend Henry Mathis. He was a die-hard Yellow Jackets, Los Angeles Lakers, and New England Patriots fan. Jamal enjoyed fishing, playing spades, dancing and "turning up" at every event he blessed with his presence. He may have entered the building as a stranger but left as a friend. Jamal was well known WORLDWIDE, especially in the Boston community and surrounding counties and will be missed dearly by all who came in contact with his beautiful spirit.
