Eddie Cason was born on August 25, 1953 to the late Peter Cason and the late Doretha Morris.

Eddie Cason was born and raised in Thomas County where he lived all his life. He was a farm worker for Jeff Willis Farm for years, until his health declined.

He transitioned from this life on February 24, 2026.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his sister, Linda Cason; brothers, Freddie Cason, Johnnie Cason (Sadie), William Cason (Pamela); a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and Eddie’s special friend, Sarah.Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Peter Cason and Doretha Morris; sisters, Evelina Cason, Cora Lee Grant, Bertha Mae Cason and brother, John Cason.
