Donny Hugh Nixon, Jr. was born on October 27, 1970, to Debra Ann and Donny Hugh Nixon, Sr. in Thomasville, GA.

Donny attended Thomas County Central High School. He was employed at Old Dominion Trucking in Ochlocknee, GA . Over 20 years ago, he relocated to Lockport, NY. He was employed at Villani Lawn and Landscaping in Niagara Falls, NY. Donny loved working out and fishing. He absolutely loved breeding dogs. He had a dog of his own named "Big Boy", who will miss him dearly.

He departed this life on October 22, 2024.

Donny leaves to cherish his memory, his loving parents, Debra Ann and Donny Hugh Nixon, Sr.; three sons, Michael Sanders, Jamarcus Vicks, and Kendrick Caldwell; four grandchildren, Kadis Sanders, Morgan Sanders, Tyler Sanders and Dallas Vicks; five sisters, Chaka Nixon, Renata (Marco) Richardson - Hayes, Stephanie Richardson, Tungelia Nixon, Charity Nixon; four brothers, Sheddrick Miller, Maurice Milhouse, Christopher Nixon, Sr,  Daniel Macfadden; uncles, Curtis (Lisa) Nixon, Jarvis Nixon, Wade (Evelyn) Nixon and Roddy (Lorene) Nixon; aunts, Patricia Nixon, Jesse (Larry) Coleman, Ethel Reddick; special nephews, Cedric Nixon, Jamarius Nixon, Cody Austin, Jr; special nieces, Roniah Virgil, Tomia Lee Walden; devoted companion, Amanda Peracoro, along with her children, Francis and Marissa, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews with many more family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Cedric Nixon; grandmothers, Mary Nixon and Josephine Nixon; grandfather, Sammie Lee Nixon, Sr., uncles, Sammie Lee Nixon, Jr. Jackie Nixon, Wayne Nixon, and aunt, Johnnie Dale Roberts.
