Donald Presha (aka Donnie) was born on March 1, 1964 in Thomasville, GA, to the late Paul McIntyre and the late Annie Bell Franklin Presha.
He attended Thomasville High School class of 1983. He moved to Waterbury, Connecticut after school and later joined the Army National Guard. After separating from the National Guard with an honorable discharge, he worked as a Master Floor Mechanic. He later returned to Thomasville, Georgia and continued as a self-employed Master Floor Mechanic.
His hobbies included playing dominoes, cards and fishing with friends and family. He had a great sense of humor and loved to watch his "Old Western Movies", Matlock, Murder She Wrote and his Indianapolis Colts. He went through quite a few health complications in the last few years of life, but he didn't complain.
He leaves behind a legacy of love that will never be forgotten to his son, Zarcariaous Presha (Janice); two grandchildren, Zarcariaous Presha, Jr., Zyra Presha; brothers, Ronald Presha Sr. (Essie), Jonathan Presha (Sandra), Alfonzo Hobbs, Norman Hobbs; sisters, Glenda McIntyre Hudson; Orlene Hobbs Presha (Harry); uncles, Elijah McIntyre, Joe Franklin (Mary); aunts, Andrewetta Franklin-Gaffney, Lucille Hall; sister-in-law, Cheryl Johnson Presha; nephews, Purvis Presha, Ronald Presha, Jr., Nathaniel Presha, Jr.; nieces, Krishna Presha, Anna Presha, Marva Wilson, Shawn Lassiter; a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and a devoted friend that was there at his every call no matter what, Mr. Anthony Walton (Teresa).
Donnie is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Orlando Presha; grandmother, Lucille Franklin; brothers, Nathaniel Presha, Harold Presha; brother-in-law, Albert Hudson; uncles, Roosevelt Franklin, Tommy Franklin, Cornelius Andrea Gaffney; and aunts, Leola Clark, Isabelle Brown.
