Diangela Jeanette Walden was born August 8, 1960 in Thomas County to the late Otis Walden, Sr. and Anna Robinson Walden. The Lord called her from labor to rest on December 17, 2022.
She attended Thomasville High School and worked as a Social Service Tech for many years. Ms. Walden last worked with the Athens Community Council on Aging, SWGA where she was recognized for her dedication, her drive, and for her commitment to a job well done.
She attended St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories: sisters, Louise (Samuel) Ivey and Mary Ann (James) Thomas all of Thomasville, GA, Annabell Walden Tucker of Bowie, Maryland; brothers, Charles Walden and Thomas Walden all of Thomasville, GA; nieces and nephews, Marvin Thomas, Dewayne Thomas, a special niece, Latasha Thomas, Anastasia Thomas, Jason Walden, Kesha Walden, Lisa Walden, Heather Walden, Micheal Walden, Charles Wilkins, Tremisha Wilkins, Veronica Young, Cassandra Allen, Rhonda Hayes, Sabrina McNeil, Stephanie Hill, Christopher Dale Ivey, Angela Harris, Sheryl Walden-Thurman, Anthony Walden, Tony Walden, Abigail Walden, Neal Tucker, and Wycender Walden-Thurman and a host of relatives and friends.
Diangela Walden is preceded in death by parents, Otis Walden, Sr. and Anna Robinson Walden; her siblings, Otis Walden, Jr., James Walden, Willie Walden, and Floyd Walden.
