David Alford Milhouse was born March 14, 1960, to the late Blanche Milhouse and David Lynn Alford.
David transitioned on October 1, 2022, at Archbold Memorial Hospital.
David's passion was music and playing the bass guitar. At an early age, without the knowledge of reading sheet music, David taught himself how to play the guitar. Those who knew him, knew he was a force to be reckon with, when a bass guitar was in his hand.
David is survived by two daughters, Trameka L. Milhouse, Las Vegas, NV, and Tanneshia L. Milhouse, Miami, FL.; three sisters, Mary Brunson, Atlanta, GA., Linda Myers and Elaine Youmus, Thomasville, GA.; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; long-time friends, Michael Wynn, Thomas Mitchell and Ronnie Wilson. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline Monroe-Milhouse, brother, Leb Milhouse, Jr., and sister, Berdia Simmons.
