Mr. Charlie Lee Walden was born on September 12, 1950 in Thomas County, Georgia to the late Odis Walden, Sr. and Anna Robinson Walden.
He served as a soldier in the US Army in his early adulthood. He departed this life on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Archbold Medical Center.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his children: daughters, Veronica (Patrick) Young and Tremisha Wilkins both of Thomasville, GA, and son Charles (Sharon) Wilkins of Statesboro, GA; grandchildren, LaChay Young, Jessica Young, Devante (Shontel) Wilkins, Sr., Anastasia Wilkins, Adolphus Burney, Javon Pittman all of Thomasville, GA, Shavon Pittman of Tallahassee, FL, Katelyn Johnson of Statesboro, GA; great grandchildren, Savannah Redding, Raven Redding, Devante Wilkins, Jr., Kiarra Tramel, Ra'Shad Wilkins, Joseph Redding, Jr., Skylar Robinson, Trenton Wilkins, Sincere and Semaj Wilkins all of Thomasville, GA; sisters, Louise (Samuel) Ivey and Mary (James) Thomas both of Thomasville, GA and Annabelle Tucker of Bowie, Maryland; a brother, Thomas Walden of Thomasville, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Odis Walden, Sr. and mother, Anna Robinson Walden; brothers, Odis Walden, Jr., James Walden, Willie Walden, and Floyd Walden; and sister, Diangela Walden.
