Charles Diggs Jr. was born on September 25, 1971, in Shreveport, to the late Charles Diggs Sr. and Vanina Hagins Diggs.

He leaves to cherish his memory one sister, June Vanina Diggs Richardson and her husband, Charlie J. Richardson Jr.; one brother, Patrick Lee Diggs; and one niece, Kendra Leigh Diggs. He also leaves behind a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.

In 1990, Charles graduated from Thomasville High School. He went on to attend Thomas University, where he earned his degree in Social Work while participating in a work-study program.

Throughout his life, Charles worked diligently at several places, including Georgia Crate, Balfour Lumber Company, Hardee’s, Church’s Chicken, Action Med, and Georgia Pines, where he faithfully served until his passing.
