Calvin Bernard Scurry

Brother Calvin Bernard Scurry was born in Tallahassee, Florida, on November 11, 1979, to the late Jessie Andrews and Ilene Scurry.

Calvin attended public schools in Jefferson County and worked for years in Jacksonville, Florida in landscaping for Mark Cuyler. Calvin returned to his hometown of Jefferson County and began working for James Keister for years, and his last place of employment was with In Line Custom Services.

He departed this life on May 1, 2025.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a special friend, Melita Collins; a special person, Carolyn (Herman) Footman; his son, Calvin Scurry, Jr.; daughter, Meyah Scurry; brother, Willie Leonard, Clarence Jones; sisters, Cassie Wilson "caregiver"  Rosetta Scurry, Tiwana (Micheal) Miller; only grandson, D'Ezarah Peak; aunts, Elsie Scurry (Ernest), Christine (James) Andrews, Cathy Williams, Patricia Scurry; uncles, Willie Scurry, Robert (Mary) Scurry; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
