Deacon Bobby Revels was born to the late Lee and Reva Wyche Revels in Thomas
County, Georgia on April 23, 1937.
He attended the Centennial and Pavo School System. He was employed by Davco
Corp for over 25 years. He was a faithful member of Mount Sinai Apostolic Faith
church, where he served on the deacon board.
He was united in holy matrimony to Mrs. Jessie Bell Revels, whom preceded him in
death.
Deacon Bobby Revels went home to be with the Lord on March 5, 2020.
His life will forever be remembered by his children, Barbara (Johnnie) Clark of
Cairo, GA, Linda (Curtis) Stevens of Thomasville, GA, Denise (Alvester) Walker of
Atlanta, GA, Bobby (Shirvantes) Revels, Jr. of Ellenwood, GA, Joyce (Mark) Alleyne
of McDonough, GA, Bennie Wimes ,Vera (Steve) Robinson, Eva (Robert) Flynn
and Gloria Swarn, all of Thomasville, GA, Ella (Herbert) Kemp of Decatur, GA;
his siblings, three sisters, Gracie Mae Biggins, Thelma Helton, Juanita (Jimmy) Hill,
all of Thomasville, GA; one brother, Wallace (Selma) Revels of Thomasville, GA;
21 grandchildren, Edward (Shavonda) Wimes, Katrina (DeVarus) Lane, DeAngela
Lewis, Joyce Brown, Demetrius (Carolyn) Kemp, Calvin Hadley, Renee Kemp, Renaldo
Walker, Laboria Revels, Antwain Anderson, Jerrod (Bernita) Clark, Malcolm Taylor,
Sh'dea Laing, Quediria Revels, Bobby Revels, III, Khiyondra Franklin, Kelseia
Franklin, Mickey Pahn, Marquis Alleyne, Kalasie Alleyne and Trey Garland. He
also leaves 33 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of
nieces, nephews and other relatives.
