Betina Hightower was born on June 11, 1973, in Quincy, FL, to Ruby Dixon Anderson.
She attended Gadsden County Public Schools. She graduated from Havana Northside High School in the Class of 1992. She was employed at the Department of Revenue, General Tax Administration Data Management as an Operations Analyst 1 until her passing.
Betina was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and coworker. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Betina was preceded in death by her late husband, Lemond Bernard Hightower.
