Antonio Spears

Antonio Lemar Spears, Sr. was born July 27, 1985 in Hinesville, GA to his parents, Lenard Spears and Phyllis Mitchell - Spears. He attended Thomas County Central High School, where he excelled playing football for the Yellow Jackets.

He answered the call of his Master and Creator on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Colquitt County Regional Hospital.

He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Melinda Nechol Spears. Their union was blessed with two beautiful children, Antonio Spears, Jr. (12) and Cameron Spears (6).

He is also survived by his brother, Lenard Steveon Spears, Jr.; grandmothers, Joyce Spears and Francis Mitchell; aunts, Dedra (Alvin) Spears-Johnson, Angelina Mitchell, Jennifer Herring, Monique Law; one uncle, Charles Mitchell and a host of great-aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

He was proceeded in death by his grandfathers, Johnny Spears and Lewis Mitchell.
