Mr. Anthony Dewayne Sexion was born in Thomasville, GA on December 25, 1972, to his loving and caring mother and father, Loleatha Sexion and Virt Washington.
Anthony attended Thomasville High School Class of 1991/1992.
Andy, Andy Pandy, Cat-Liver, as everyone called him, was a loving brother, dad, nephew, cousin and father, but most importantly a great friend to many.
Anthony was a Tree Surgeon for over 20 years and enjoyed it. People called him "The Treeman" in surrounding counties.
Andy was a comedian who enjoyed making everyone who encountered him laugh. He had this thing he loved doing by putting his finger under your nose and then saying smell it, so that you would just start chasing him because you would have thought he did something crazy. To know him is to love him.
Anthony was an active member of The American Legion Post 519, where he enjoyed congregating with the other members, talking much trash, and laughing with one another. He also had much enjoyment in playing his poker, trying to bluff the other players to win, while talking much trash.
He was a Die-Hard Cowboys Fan. Whenever you saw him, he had on his Cowboys gear saying, "How about the Cowboys."
On November 26, 2024, at 1:55 pm Anthony Dewayne took his last breath before transitioning to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Anthony leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Virt (Martha) Washington; his stepfather, Frank Ceasar; his only daughter, Aneesia Sexion; his sisters: Ulandy Sexion, Vertrice Washington, Andrienna (Lonzy) Harrison; brothers, Vert (Frances) Washington; Granddaughters, Alayah Sexion, De Ari Simmons; nieces, Destany Sexion, Aaliyah Smith, Shakaya Jackson, Kourtney Brooker, Kelsie McCullough; great niece/granddaughter, Sariah Calloway; nephews, Dezmen Sexion, DraShawn Fann, LaVert Washington and Sianbreek Washington; aunts, Cathy Gibbs, Glenda Scott, Brenda Sexion, Jacqueline Wilkerson, Sharon Sexion; uncles, Herbert Scott, Jr., Sherman Sexion; special cousins/more likes brothers and sisters, Jimmy Lee Rollins, Eric Scott, Tiffany Ivey Brown, Katina Curry Ricks, Bernard Knight; special lady, Jessica Daniels; special friends, Keith Thomas, Will, Willie Ivey, Alven Ceasar, Truck Driver, Amos, Bill Morris, Leonard Christian and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Loleatha Sexion; grandmothers, Lille Mae Sexion, Laura Washington; grandfathers, Virt Washington, Sr., Haward Trutland; aunts, Barbara Jean Ivey, Lorene Wilson; uncles, Willie Frank Sexion and cousins, Euricka Scott Daniels, George Everett Ivey.
