Mrs. Annie Grace Luke was born in Boston, GA, On March 14, 1934, to the parentage of Sweetie Randall-Robinson and Tom Randall.
She was the wife of Joe Luke Jr. who preceded her in death. She and her husband Joe met in California in 1959 and married July 2, 1960.
She attended New Union High School in Boston, GA and graduated in 1950, she also attended college at Diablo Junior College in Concord, CA. She continued her education and received her LPN license and worked as a Nurse for over 50 years until her health began to fail.
She accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. After moving back to Thomasville, GA she reunited with Bellview AME Church, where she served on the Steward Board, Program Committee, Class Leader, Pastor's Aide, Stewart Pro-tem and Financial Secretary.
She was an Area Chairperson over the Thomasville/Bainbridge District with over 30 churches on the conference level, she was the Art and Craft Chairperson for the missionaries.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters: Patricia Luke-Brooks, Thomasville GA, Kenitra Lowry and husband Robert, Atlanta GA and Demetria Powell and husband Darren, Sr., Thomasville GA.
Grandchildren: Rastassia Armstrong and husband Jerald, Grovetown, GA, Joshua Lowry and wife, Mikhaila Clarksville, TN, Jonathan Lowry, Grovetown, GA.
Great-Grandchildren: Jordan Barber, Darren Powell Jr., Brandon Powell, Thomasville GA, Jayden Lowry, Milan Lowry, Clarkville, TN, Jaxson Armstrong, Reygan Armstrong, Grovetown, GA. Her surviving brother, Willie C. Randall and wife, Juvella, Thomasville, GA.
Sister-in-laws: Deloris Sims, Joe Levis Norton, Tampa FL, Frances Mae Johnson and husband Willie, Tampa FL, Jacquelyn Luke, Tampa FL, Sharon Jackson and husband Lawrence, Tampa FL, Patricia Luke, Tampa FL, Cynthia Luke, Tampa FL.
Brother-in-laws: John Luke and Loretta, Tampa Fl, Willie Luke Sr., and wife Ada, Brandon FL, Ulysse Luke and wife Diane, Tampa FL, and a host of nieces, and nephews and many other relatives, friends, devoted cousins, Bellview A.M.E Church family and her beloved dog Spike.
