Annie Beatrice Jester

Annie Beatrice Jester was the daughter of the late Mitchell L. Cox and Mary L. Jenkins-Cox. She was born on July 23, 1948, in Meigs, GA.

At an early age, she accepted her Lord and Savior at Meigs United Methodist Church in Meigs, GA. She was united in marriage to the late Dan R. Jester, Sr.

Our beautiful mother was a mother of seven. She was one of the kindest and most loving people ever met. My mother was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need of help. We will remember her loving spirit. Mrs. Bea Cox loved fishing, cooking big family dinners, going to the casino, playing the lottery, loving her family, and looking stylish. She will forever remain with us in spirit. Her love is within all of us

On October 9, 2024, Annie B's journey came to a peaceful end, surrounded by family and loved ones.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her three daughters and four sons, Jacqueline Quimberly, Catherine (Edward) Patterson, Richard Nixon, Dan (Davida) Jester, Jr., Ann Jester, Donnell Jester, Dannell (Christy) Jester; one brother, Mitchell Cox; two sisters, Shirley Hampton, and Rosa Allen; sister-in-law, Annie L. Cox; twenty-five grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
